4. Fees and Charges
ASTPAY may charge transaction fees, service fees, or maintenance fees. These will be communicated:
•Within the app interface
•On our website
•Or via email/SMS alerts
All fees are subject to change. Continued use of ASTPAY after notification of fee changes implies acceptance.
5. User Obligations
You agree to use ASTPAY:
•Only for lawful purposes;
•Without engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activities;
•In accordance with CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) and other applicable regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if suspicious or illegal activity is detected.
6. KYC and Compliance
As a regulated entity, ASTPAY must collect and verify your personal information. This may include:
•Full name, date of birth, phone number
•Government-issued ID
•Utility bill or address proof
•Bank Verification Number (BVN) (for Nigerian users)
Failure to complete KYC may result in limited access or account closure.
7. Transaction Limits
ASTPAY may impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits based on your account tier, KYC level, or regulatory requirements.
We reserve the right to adjust these limits at our discretion or as mandated by law.

10. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, designs, and content on the ASTPAY platform are the intellectual property of All Swift Technology Ltd or licensed third parties. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account under the following conditions:
•Violation of these Terms
•Fraudulent or suspicious activity
•Regulatory or legal requirements
•At your own request
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASTPAY is not liable for:
•Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•Loss of funds due to third-party systems or user error
•Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in fees over the past 6 months.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via:

•SMS
•App notification
Continued use of ASTPAY after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
